Matrix Technology Limited recognizes EU Directive 2002/95/EC regarding RoHS compliance and is committed to assisting our Customers manage their RoHS issues.

C of C

Matrix Technology provides a certificate of conformance with every shipment. We will also provide a manufacturers C of C and a variety of other documentation upon request.

MSDS

MSDS sheets are available on applicable products and will be sent along with shipments, if requested in advance.

Quality Policy

Matrix Technology Limited was introduced to the ISO:9000 back in 1996. Since that time the company has worked hard to develop and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System that assures our Customers and Suppliers the highest standards in terms of product and service quality, on-time delivery and a cost effective business model for all. Since November 1997, when we were first certified, we continue to improve our processes and standards and rigidly maintain the Quality Policy shown below.

MATRIX is committed to supply Quality products and services that meet Customer specifications and delivery schedules in a cost effective manner.

To achieve this policy the Company has developed and implemented a Quality Management System that complies with the International Standards ISO 9001:2008 and AS 9100B.

The Quality Management System, Quality Objectives and Goals are regularly monitored and reviewed by Management for conformance, efficient and effective implementation and continual improvement.

MATRIX puts the highest emphasis on complete Customer Satisfaction and commits to achieve this without compromise.

All employees, as members of the MATRIX Team, are responsible for the quality of their own work and are fully empowered to take the necessary actions required to fulfill this responsibility.

The Management Team has the responsibility to ensure the implementation and maintenance of this policy, that all employees are fully aware of and have an understanding of its application.
